Refund policy
At Magu, each piece is handcrafted with love and care. We take great pride in the quality and care behind each piece. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we’ll make it better:
1. Made-to-Order Products
As each piece of furniture is handcrafted to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order is confirmed (except cribs)
Please review product dimensions, finishes, and details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, our team is happy to guide you.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We thoroughly inspect all items before dispatch. However, if your order arrives with any damage or manufacturing defect:
Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@littlemagu.com.
Include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Our team will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.
Please ensure the product is unused and kept in its original packaging while we arrange for pickup or inspection.
3. Not Eligible for Return
Returns and refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

Minor variations in colour, grain, or texture (as natural wood may vary)

Products that have been used, assembled, or modified

Damages caused due to mishandling after delivery

Customised or personalised products
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation once the refund is initiated.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Beyond that, we begin production and cannot accommodate cancellation requests.
