1. Do you ship across India?
Yes! We offer free shipping across India on all orders. If you’re located in a remote area or need special arrangements, just get in touch — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Cribs: handcrafted in 3–4 weeks, then delivered in 7–10 business days.
Larger items like beds and chest of drawers: take 6–8 weeks to produce, plus shipping time.
We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow your Magu piece from our workshop to your doorstep.
4. What is your return policy?
Cribs: If you’re unhappy with your crib, you can return it — no questions asked.
Other products: Since everything is made to order.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. Beyond that, we begin crafting your piece, so cancellations aren’t possible.
6. What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry if this happens! Please send us photos of the damage and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery to support@littlemagu.com. We’ll arrange a quick repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
7. What if I ordered the wrong size or colour?
As everything is made to order, changes can’t be made after production starts. If you’re unsure before placing an order, we’re happy to help you decide — just reach out!
8. Do you offer assembly or installation?
We offer installation services within Bangalore.
For other locations, our pieces are easy to assemble and come with a simple step-by-step guide.
9. Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Not always — and that’s part of the beauty!
We use both:
Natural wood finishes, where grain and texture vary with each piece
Painted finishes, which may appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen displays
If you’d like to be sure, you can order a sample of the finish before making a decision.
10. Can I choose my own paint colour?
Yes! We offer custom paint options. Share a shade from the Asian Paints catalog, and we’ll match it as closely as possible.
